Paul Anthony Barcewicz, M.D. Paul A. Barcewicz M.D., FACS is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. After completing his general surgery training at Hartford Hospital, University of Connecticut, he spent two fellowship years in oncologic surgery and endoscopy at Roswell Park Memorial Institute. Dr. Barcewicz is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Yale Medical School, a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the Society for Surgical Oncology, the New England Surgical Society, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American Society of Breast Surgeons and has completed advanced courses in breast ultrasound. A skilled laparoscopic surgeon, he has a particular interest in cancer therapy and is an expert in the treatment of soft tissue tumors; he is also skilled in endoscopy of the upper GI tract (stomach) and of the colon (colonoscopy). Dr. Barcewicz has office hours in New Haven and in Madison.
